Workshops

We have many workshops available for managers from First Line to Director.

We will work with you to understand your organisational values, culture and capability requirements, to tailor appropriate pragmatic and practical workshops for your organisation.

We will use traditional and contemporary models to compliment our work and have extensive knowledge of a broad range of management theories, tools and techniques.

We have experience of running Leadership programmes leading to externally accredited management qualifications but are equally comfortable coming in to run a one day workshop if that is what your business requires. All participants are actively encouraged to commit to development actions for application back in the workplace throughout their workshop experience and we look to establish peer support and coaching opportunities post-workshop to support the process of exploring and embedding new behaviours back in the workplace.

We are currently developing a programme of 90 minute workshops designed to minimise time spent out of the office and maximise learning and application for the participants. Tell us what your specific needs are and that is what we will design and deliver for you.

We are also experienced in developing tailored development centres for managers to work through a variety of workplace simulations, group activities and psychometric profiling tools to identify talent whilst being observed by our qualified coach team.

Individual reports are prepared and one to one feedback is given; subsequent development solutions can be tailored to meet the needs and outputs of your development centre.
