Sean Donovan is a Director of Development Garden, a company specialising in Corporate and Personal development and growth. During a career in Learning and Development spanning 12 years, Sean has specialised in Psychometric Profiling, Coaching, learning material design and delivery, Organisational Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning as well as design and implementation of learning programmes. Sean has 20 years experience working across a number of diverse business divisions within the Financial Services sector providing coaching, training and development to all levels of staff and specialising in management levels up to and including Director.
Sean is passionate about helping people to grow, develop and achieve their goals. Extremely active in the Corporate Social Responsibility arena, Sean has been responsible for mentoring individuals who have suffered from homelessness, long periods of unemployment and other life issues, helping them to regain their self confidence/self esteem and re-enter the world of work. Individually and in partnership with external providers, he has designed and delivered experiential workshops educating both Primary and Secondary School children about general finance and preparation for handling money when entering the world of work.
Sean is a listed member of the British Psychological Society, qualified to use MBTI (steps I and II), FIRO-B, 16PF Strength Scope and the full Hogan psychometric suite (MVPI, HPI and HDS). Skilled in the arena of 360 feedback, he is also a Spiral qualified Coach with 12 years practical experience, an IBM certified Project Manager, holds a Career Counselling licence through CCS (London) and is an INLPTA accredited NLP Master Practitioner.
