Sarah Cooper is a Director of Development Garden, a company specialising in Corporate and Personal development and growth following a successful career operationally in the business and then specialising in management development in the Financial Services sector. With over 15 years experience in the Learning and Development arena, Sarah has been involved in Coaching, Organisational Development, Talent Management, Psychometric profiling and the development and implementation of learning strategies and initiatives across all levels of organisations.
Prior to setting up Development Garden, Sarah worked in the Financial Services sector providing coaching, training and development to all levels of management supporting culture change, business performance and career progression activities; she has designed and delivered over 30 management workshops and regularly uses diagnostic tools, psychometrics and 360 feedback to coach individuals through stages of self-awareness and development planning to enhanced performance and empowerment. Equally happy working with groups and individuals, Sarah prides herself on delivering bespoke solutions and learning experiences for her clients, providing a challenging yet supportive environment in which development can take place.
Sarah is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (ACIPD), a qualified Coach (through Newcastle College and Spiral) and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Career and Talent Management. She holds a Career Counselling licence through CCS (London), is listed as a member of the British Psychological Society, qualified to use MBTI, FIRO-B and the Hogan psychometric suite and is an NLP Master Practitioner.
